Lauren Seaver is President of Opportunity Housing Group, a leading provider of Workforce Housing.  In her role, Lauren is responsible for acquisitions, due diligence, capital markets and asset management. She has over 10 years of experience in institutional multifamily and commercial development and acquisitions. Over her career, she has led the development, entitlement and acquisition of over $1.3 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate.  Lauren also sits on the Investment Committee for Blake Griggs Properties, OHG’s affiliated real estate development company.  She was a 2019 Bay Area Power Woman and SF Business Times Woman of Influence. Lauren holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Stanford University in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and mom of Brooke (5 yrs), Clayton (2 yrs) and Caroline (<1 yrs).
