John Stevens is Director of Due Diligence and Asset Management of OHG. John has been actively involved in real estate investing for over 25 years and has acquired or sold over 500 properties on behalf of governmental agencies, finance companies, institutional investment advisors, publicly traded real estate investment trusts and private entities. John has held roles as a multifamily developer with Wood Partners and BRE Properties; was a real estate asset manager for PGIM Real Estate; and, was a property disposition specialist for Wells Fargo Bank. John’s experience encompasses every property type imaginable, including apartments, office, retail, industrial, hotel, healthcare, self-storage, mining and agricultural and his experience covers nearly every state in the nation.

John holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from Temple University and a B.A. in Economics, also from Temple University. John is also a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
