Geoff Jewett is Vice President of Asset Management of OHG. Geoff’s multifamily asset management experience includes portfolio management responsibilities for 44 properties and 13,100 units for a major pension fund and a federal agency; asset management responsibility for 35 properties and 13,700 units for a public REIT and property management responsibility for 30 properties; and 9,000 units for a national property management company. In addition, Geoff has acquired or arranged equity financing for 41 properties totaling 9,540 units on behalf of these same entities along with two private equity funds.

Geoff most recently provided acquisition and equity financing services to institutional multifamily clients through his privately held company, REvest, Inc. Previously, Geoff was Director of Portfolio Management for BlackRock Realty Advisors, Inc.; Co-President of Metric Property Management; Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Investments for First Union Real Estate and Mortgage Investments; Vice President of Operations Support for Homestead Village, Inc.; Vice President of Asset Management for Security Capital Pacific Trust; and Vice President of Acquisitions for Security Capital Atlantic & Pacific Trusts. Geoff holds an M.B.A. from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business; a B.S. in mathematics from Denison University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
