Brad is a co-founder, partner and member of the investment committee. Over his 35+ year career, Brad has been involved in the development of more than $1 billion of multi-family, mixed-use and retail projects. Brad was a founder and CEO of Blake Hunt Ventures, Chairman and CEO of publicly traded Western Properties Trust, Senior Vice President of Spieker Properties, and a Partner with Spieker Partners. He is also on the board of directors of the Bailard Real Estate Fund. He founded and is president of College is Real, a non-profit educational organization in Richmond, CA (www.collegeisreal.org). He is a former member of the Young Presidents Organization Nor-Cal Chapter. Brad holds a B.A. from Stanford University (1980) and a M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (1985).
