Brad leads the OHG investment and operating platform. Brad has acquired and sold for either his own account or for companies where he has worked, more than 10,000 apartment units totaling in excess of $1.3 billion in total transaction volume. He has developed more than $3.8 billion of real estate totaling over 7,750 apartment units, 45 extended-stay hotels, and approximately 2,000 for-sale residential homes. Brad has worked as an owner and at executive levels in both private and public companies over his 37-year real estate career. He holds a degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic School at San Luis Obispo and is an inactive California Architect. Brad is a full member of Urban Land Institute and an active participant in its Multifamily Apartment Council.
